About

nekuda started when we tried to build agents that could order pizza for us. Nothing worked. Bot protection, unfriendly UIs, card failures. We understood quickly that commerce infrastructure was built for humans, not agents. And that both merchants and agents will both need new rails to harness the potential of agentic commerce.

We believe agents are the next phase of software, and agentic commerce will change how people buy things. But today's infrastructure wasn't built for these type of interactions.

AI platforms are inviting merchants to plug in for the first time, and merchants face a choice: join these platforms and lose control, or get left behind.

We don't think that's the only option.

We're building infrastructure that lets merchants participate in agentic commerce without giving up sovereignty. New rails, designed for merchant control.

Our thesis:

  • Agents will become a major buying channel.
  • Merchants need new infrastructure that works for them, not just for platforms.

Our mission is to build the rails that make this possible.
